Profile # 3

This is it. The Jack Pond post. Profile # 3. Jack is, in all regards, our favourite customer, and now a dear friend. Jack has been coming since we started and has regularly ordered a sandwich, a side salad, a coffee, and then his trusty refill. And why is it that we remember what an elderly man orders? Because he's full of stories. Because he comes in with his family. Because he talks about his daughter in the Yukon. Because he went kayaking last year and he's turning 90 this year. Because you can see the love of Christ in his speech and actions. Because he smiles at our staff and speaks complimentary words of kindness. Because he comes often enough but not everyday. I guess those are just a couple reasons. Jack; thank you for your love and kindness. Thank you for the love you show to your family. And Jack, have a great day. You deserve it.
